Takoyaki

Takoyaki (たこ焼き or 蛸焼) is a ball-shaped Japanese snack made of a wheat flour-based batter and cooked in a special moulded pan.

It’s delicious, specially if you are into Japanese food, but it is a bit hard to get the ball shape if you lack the technique, so the Japanese people has invented this wonderful machine that will slowly flip the Takoyaki while cooking it, so it won’t stick and it will have perfect ball shape.
